This is a song by Avial, a Mallu rock group. Their songs usually introduce a fusion of traditional Mallu music with Rock which I love. Satyajit Sahu wrote an article on them. You can find it here
I have introduced a few new elements as compared to the original which include some bluesy backing vocals and some harmonies. Hope all of you enjoy this cover!

For a couple of months now, I have been meaning to write an article on mixing based on my experiences since a lot of folks have been asking me to. I must state that I am no expert myself and have learnt through trial and error. I started mixing about a year back when I joined Muziboo and did not know a whole lot and had noone to explain it to me at that time. So I started googling and reading as much as I could. This helped me get started. With each song I mixed, by objective was to learn one thing new. This kinda helped me improve slowly but surely. Later on I also got tips from people like Sunny and Jay that helped immensely. I hope this will help some of you improve the fundamentals and hopefully get you more inquisitive and start asking the right questions.

During my college days, there were two Indian Rock groups that I totally loved. My most favorite was Colourblind. I remember taking a bus and going all the way to Jamshedpur just to get their debut album. My other favorite group was Indus Creed/Rock Machine. Today for whatever reason, I suddenly remembered this song, and just had to sing it. So here it is
I have done all the harmonies and vocals in this. Some of the harmony arrangements are different from the original.
THIS IS MY TRIBUTE TO INDUS CREED , one of the greatest rock bands to come out of India!

Smitha Passanha introduced me to this sing and suggested we cover this. I was hooked to it almost from the start. When I heard the original, one thing was for sure, I needed Sunny‘s expertise as far as mixing goes. He was kind enough to agree to mix it for us and did a terrific job at that. It was a lot of fun working with Smitha on this and I think she did a great job. She did some neat harmonies too. Thanks for suggesting this Smitha and for all your hard work!
